Objective: 

This task order was our guide in producing this initial website structure, which reflects our best efforts. Meanwhile, we are open to a comprehensive website redesign incorporating a user-friendly interface with advanced functionalities to enhance user engagement and streamline navigation. The constraints include using the Themeboy theme and plugin for most, if not all, tournament content.  

Scope of Work:

  1. Website Structure:
    • Design a visually appealing and functional homepage as the portal to the broader website content.
    • Develop twelve distinct landing pages that provide focused information and serve as entry points for specific topics or initiatives.
    • Create over 200 standard pages containing content relevant to the site’s purpose and user needs.
  1. Plugin Integration:
    • Ensure seamless integration and conflict-free operation of 64 plugins to enhance website features and user interaction.
    • Address the implementation of critical plugins such as Ultimate Member Login, Sportspress, SliceWP, WooCommerce, Event Attendees, Job Manager, and WPForm, focusing on user login options, roles, and member account functionalities.
  1. Payment Processing:
    • To ensure secure and efficient financial transactions, outline and refine the payment process mechanism using WPForms, WooCommerce, and Job Manager.
  1. Design Overhaul:
    • Redesign the home page to highlight the basketball tournament and the three key initiatives effectively.
    • Link each initiative to a dedicated block-oriented landing page with a specific menu for topic navigation and easy access to the home page.
  1. Navigation and Menu:
    • Utilize the WP menu feature to allow for intuitive movement through the block-landing pages and overall website.
