Raffle Event Manager

LegalHoops seeks a dynamic and highly organized Raffle Event Manager to facilitate and oversee our upcoming raffle events. As the Raffle Event Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing successful raffle events that align with our brand and engage customers and partners.

Responsibilities include:

1. Raffle Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute raffle events from start to finish, ensuring seamless logistics, effective communication, and efficient use of resources. Develop budgets, timelines, and event strategies to achieve desired goals.

2. Theme and Content Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive and exciting raffle event themes that resonate with our target audience. Take charge of creating engaging event descriptions and promotional content to increase participation.

3. Sponsorship and Partnership Management: Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners to support and enhance our raffle events. Maintain ongoing relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and deliverables are achieved.

4. Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize event visibility and participation. Manage event-related social media platforms, email campaigns, and other promotional channels to increase awareness.

5. Ticket Sales and Management: Oversee the smooth handling of ticket sales and registrations, optimizing ticketing platforms and developing efficient mechanisms to track and manage the ticketing process. Monitor ticket sales progress and take proactive measures to achieve sales targets.

6. Event Execution and Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of event execution, such as venue booking, event setup, decorations, entertainment, audiovisual requirements, catering services, and other logistics. Ensure a high-quality event experience for all attendees.

7. Compliance and Legalities: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal raffle regulations, ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained. Maintain accurate records and provide reports required to demonstrate compliance.

8. Team Coordination: Oversee and guide volunteers and other team members in event planning and execution. Foster a positive team environment, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring everyone is aligned with event objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
2. Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, preferably including raffle events.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, sponsors, partners, and event attendees.
5. Proactive problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
6. Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies, preferably within the online services industry.
7. Proficiency in using event management software, ticketing platforms, and social media.
8. Knowledge of legal requirements related to raffle events and the ability to navigate compliance obligations.
