Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at LegalHoops. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing our brand strategy to ensure a consistent and impactful representation of our brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints. You will be pivotal in establishing LegalHoops as a trusted and recognizable brand in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with LegalHoops’ goals, values, and target audience, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand guidelines are followed and consistently implemented in all marketing communications, including digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, and website design.
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to refine and strengthen brand positioning and messaging.
4. Drive brand awareness and engagement by developing and executing innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
5. Manage, monitor, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure brand effectiveness and identify areas of improvement for future campaigns.
6. Collaborate with the creative team, agencies, and freelancers to develop compelling visual and written content that effectively communicates LegalHoops’ brand values and key messages.
7. Monitor and protect LegalHoops’ brand reputation, proactively addressing any potential risks or issues that may arise.
8. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering partnerships and collaborations with relevant external stakeholders, such as influencers, organizations, and media outlets.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking new opportunities to strengthen LegalHoops’ brand presence and drive competitive advantage.
10. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior marketing team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. MBA or additional certifications in branding/marketing is a plus.
2. Proven track record as a Brand Manager, ideally within the legal industry or related field.
3. Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
4. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
5. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
6. Creative thinker who can develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
